Legal

Privacy policy.

What this website collects, why, and the choices you have.

Effective 10 October 2026. This policy covers fusionarcade.io and email you send us. Each of our products has, or will have, its own privacy policy covering the data that product handles.

The short version

  • This website sets no cookies, runs no tracking or advertising scripts, and has no forms.
  • Our hosting provider sees the technical data any website receives, such as your IP address, to deliver pages and protect the site.
  • If you email us, we keep your message so we can reply. We never sell personal data.

Who is responsible

Fusion Arcade Inc. is responsible for the personal data described here (the “controller”). Contact us at [email protected].

What we collect, and why

DataWhyLegal basis
Technical request data: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, time, and referring pageTo deliver the site, keep it secure and stop abuseOur legitimate interest in running a secure website
What you send us by email: your name, address and messageTo reply and keep a record of the conversationOur legitimate interest in answering you, or steps you ask us to take before a contract

We don't use this data for advertising or profiling, and we don't use it to train AI models.

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers that run the site and our email, who process it on our behalf:

  • Cloudflare, which hosts this website and protects it from attacks.
  • Zoho, which provides our email.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it. Fonts and all other files on this site are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not contact any other company.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where the law requires it, they do so under recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Hosting providers keep request logs for a short period set by their own policies. We keep email for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, then delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to your data protection authority. In Canada, that is the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We'll respond within one month.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the effective date. If a change matters, we'll say so on the site.
