What we do
Fusion Arcade is a software holding company. We build, own and operate a portfolio of AI-native products for learning, living and understanding the world.
Rather than spreading thin across clients, we put our time into products we own outright and intend to run for the long term. Each one starts small, goes in front of real users early, and has to earn its place in the portfolio.
Every product is built on Forge OS, our shared, evidence-first operating system for deciding what to build and how. It lets one small team run several products to the same standard.
How the company is structured
