Ship what's worth building, on evidence.

Forge OS is how Fusion Arcade builds. It takes a raw idea through research, strategy, design, test-gated AI coding and launch, tracing every decision back to evidence, with a human signing off at every gate.

What Forge OS does for you

From idea to shipped, on evidence.

Know why before you build

Research how a problem evolved and map the pressures, pains and outcomes that make it worth solving.

A clear verdict on every idea

Discovery ends in build, narrow or reject, backed by an evidence ledger rather than enthusiasm.

Ideas ranked on evidence

Ideation includes a red-team critic. Any idea that can't cite its evidence is set aside.

AI that codes under test

Coding agents work in isolated branches inside a test-gated loop, and are never allowed to weaken the tests.

Governance that scales with stakes

A prototype gets a light touch; a general release gets the full ladder of gates. Only a human can approve.

Change once, refresh what's stale

Edit something upstream and only the work that depends on it is marked stale and regenerated.

How it works

Capture intent

Describe the idea. Forge normalises it, you confirm, and it attaches the research behind it.

Validate and design

Discovery, strategy, definition and system design run in sequence, with a human gate at each step.

Build, launch, learn

Test-gated agents implement the plan, a release gate controls launch, and what you learn loops back in.

Built for honest software

Forge OS exists to make deleting what didn't earn its place as normal as shipping what did.

  • Traceable. Every artifact traces back to the human need it serves.
  • Checked, not trusted. Validators check every stage, with version history, provenance and a full audit log of AI calls.
  • Humans approve. Automation can accept work, but only a person can mark it approved.
  • Local-first. Data stays on your machine, keys in the system keychain, and you choose the AI provider.
